Santa Barbara County contacted Bengal Engineering in November of 2011 with a very tight timeline to complete reconstruction of the washed out entrance to Guadalupe Dunes County Park. The challenge was the project was budgeted a tenth of normal road restoration/realignment projects. We immediately moved forward and were able to complete plans by mid December 2011. The contractor was mobilized brainstorming ideas and in late January completed the bid plans. In February the contractor mobilized and the project was completed by the end of February, on time and on budget.
